As fans of Japanese street fashion ourselves, we are always dreaming up new cute accessories to add to our own collections. Now, either online or at our physical booth at various conventions, you can add our designs to your own fashion wardrobe!

We use a wide array of materials to construct our products and elements of each product. Most of our items are created from resin and molds, clay, glaze, faux frosting, rhinestones, glass pearls, acrylics, cotton fabrics, chiffon, common metals such as sterling silver, bonding glue, and traditional jewelry fixings. If you have any questions in regards to a particular item, please see the item description or email us at hitomi@keepafallenstar.com and we will be happy to answer your production questions!

Yes, of course we do! We ship worldwide to all countries that do not have an current embargo with the United States of America.

When you place an order in our online store, typically your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. If there are any unexpected delays for the store or for custom orders, these delays will be communicated before your order is packaged. Once your items have been packaged they will be delivered to a postal service. Domestic orders will be sent by us via First Class Mail but you are welcome to upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail for an additional fee. A tracking number for any Domestic Order will be provided to you via email so you are able track your order shipment in real time. 

International orders will be sent by First Class Mail and a confirmation number for USPS will be sent to you via email. ​

Yes, of course! PayPal is one of our preferred methods of payment for our store. Keep A Fallen Star™ uses PayPal, a securely encrypted third-party cart, in order to keep your credit card and information and shopping experience safe. When you wish to order from our website, you may place your desired items into you virtual cart. After your desired items have been added to your cart, you may choose to "Check Out" in order to begin your order placement. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction.

For those of you who already have a PayPal account, you may check out as you normally would. Those who don't have a PayPal account, you do not need to sign up for one in order to order from our website! To the left of the PayPal checkout screen, there is a link that you may use to pay with any major credit card. You will be asked to fill out some billing information and a shipping address for where you would like us to send your order. Keep A Fallen Star™ does not see your billing information as PayPal keeps it secure. Please refer to PayPal's privacy policy if you have any further questions about where your information is shared or sent.

Here at Keep A Fallen Star™ we have a 14-day return policy. Once your order has been received you have until then to contact us with any desire for a return or exchange. If you are unsatisfied with any item please contact us. Once we contact you via email, please send the item to our PO BOX address:

Accidents do happen, so if your order arrives damaged please alert us immediately so we can send you replacements! Photos must be included with your replacement request so we are able to assess the damage to prevent future issues. There is no need to return the items to us. We will send out any replacement items immediately as we want to ensure you get them as soon as possible!
